A Message from Our CEO
Dan DiSabato

There’s something profoundly personal about the work we do at The Fractional Executive Network. Yes, we help organizations grow, scale, and solve meaningful business challenges — but that has never been the whole story, and it never will be.
For me, leadership is not about titles, metrics, or even success in the traditional sense. It’s about responsibility. It’s about being entrusted with someone else’s business, their people, their dreams, and the future they’re working so hard to create. When a client invites us in, they aren’t just asking for expertise. They’re asking for stewardship. They’re asking for someone who will tell the truth, do the hard work, and care deeply about outcomes that genuinely matter.
That’s a promise I take personally.
At The Fractional Executive Network, we are committed to building something greater than a service offering. We are building a community of leaders who believe in doing things the right way. Leaders who understand that growth should never come at the expense of integrity…that strategy means very little without empathy…and that people — not processes, not technology, not revenue charts — are always at the center of sustainable success.
We will stand behind our values, even when it’s uncomfortable.
We will serve with excellence, even when it’s difficult.
We will lead with courage, even when it requires bold change.
Our commitment extends beyond our clients. It extends to the exceptional fractional leaders who choose to partner with us. These are individuals who have led organizations, built teams, navigated crises, and experienced the weight of executive responsibility. They deserve to be supported, empowered, and surrounded by a network that honors both their expertise and their humanity. Our vision is to create a place where elite leaders do their best work — not alone, but together.
And just as importantly, we are committed to the broader community. Business should never exist in isolation. The way we show up as leaders has a ripple effect — in families, in workplaces, in industries, and in society. If we can help one organization become healthier, one leadership team become stronger, one culture become more supportive and purpose-driven…then we help create more places where people feel valued, inspired, and proud of the work they do every day. That matters deeply to me.
So this is not a marketing message.
This is a promise.
We will hold ourselves accountable to our Purpose, Mission, and Values.
We will measure success not only in numbers, but in the lives, teams, and communities impacted along the way.
We will never lose sight of why we do this work.
Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for believing in what we’re building. And thank you for allowing us to lead beside you — not just as advisors, but as partners who genuinely care.
With respect and unwavering commitment,
Dan DiSabato
